Technical Marketing Engineer(NUC)

TThe Asus NUC Group is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to provide direct customer support for Asus NUC products for major Asus accounts and channel customers in the Asia Pacific region. The TME will be involved in all aspects of supporting our customers base in the region. The TME will answer technical questions on NUC products, provide issue resolution and debug of customer issues. The TME will need to be tech savvy with excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have good project management skills. TME will also need to work with sustaining engineering, BIOS, SW, ODM, customer support and service teams as needed to resolve customer issues.

Roles and Responsibilities：
1. Pre-design win support
2. Post-design win support
3. Escalation tracking
4. Provide customer feedback to design teams
5. Technical training and engagement
6. Customer specific debug and issue resolution
7. Customer crisis management

需求條件

Additional requirements：
1. Ability to understand customer challenges with NUC products.
2. Ability to independently configure, debug and troubleshoot software and operating systems on Intel platforms.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Knowledge of PC and Intel Architecture.
5. Able to communicate complex engineering topics.
6. English speaking skills preferred
