Summary
Supports presales and implementation of network/cybersecurity solutions (L2/L3 switches, NTP, NMS, patching, log analysis, AD, databases) for a distributor, troubleshooting issues and assisting with vendor escalations.

Our client, a value-added infrastructure networking and cybersecurity distributor established in 2004, is seeking a technically competent Engineer to handle customer presales and implementation services.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Presales support on solutions including L2/L3 switches, Network Time Protocol systems, Network Management System, Patch Management, Eventlog Analyzer, Windows server, AD and database systems.
Provide systems deployment services for network solutions.
Troubleshoot reported issues and collaborated with technology vendors for escalation when required.
Ensure the completion and follow-up of daily operations and support tasks.
Provide technical support for tender submission, including technical compliance, technical solution proposal, and conducting Proof-of-Concept testing based on given bill of material.
Evaluate and test new products and technologies for the development of new products and solutions.
Requirements:
Must be SG-born citizens for CAT 1 government projects clearance purpose
Min Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
Min 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, managing, and implementing cybersecurity for multi-vendor infrastructure, including:
Microsoft based Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers
Microsoft based server and Windows applications
Window/Linux/UNIX OS environments
Manage Engine OpManager, Eventlog Analyzer, Patch Manager, Acronis, Sysmantec SEPM
Knowledge in SQL systems such as MSSQL, Oracle, MYSQL is a plus.
Familiarity with networking solutions (i.e. switching, routing) is necessary, CCNA preferred.
