Technical Office Manager for Railway Technical Assistance

About the role

Saitec is looking for a Technical Office Manager for Railway Technical Assistance located in Madrid.

Consultancy and assistance for the control of project execution works:

- Construction project for the expansion of the Madrid commuter network to Soto del Real. Phase 1. Soto Sur Station.

- Construction project for the new Tres Cantos Norte station (Madrid).

What you'll do

• Supporting the Unit Manager in the tasks of justifying executed measurements through the collection of field information.
• Carrying out inspections to verify compliance with technical quality procedures and specifications.
• Collaborating in the preparation of reports and work certification
• Quality control of work progress
• Quantitative and qualitative control

Requirements

• Qualification: University degree and/or master's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, at least 3 of them in the building, civil engineering, and structures sector.

Remarks

• Permanent seasonal contract for a project of approximately two years/two and a half years in duration, with the possibility of continuity in future assignments.
• Between €35,000-€42,000. The salary band is indicative. We will analyze your qualification and years of experience to set the final remuneration.
