Technical Officer (Building)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, technicians and contractors infacility management and operation of assigned buildings/estates.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive/predmaintenance programmers.
• Conduct routine inspections of roofs, facades, windows, doors, walls, andfoundations to identify wear, leaks, or structural degradation.
• Oversee the repair and upkeep of clients' assets, including ceiling tiles, drywall, flooring, carpeting, painting, plumbing and office.
• Manage the maintenance and replacement of door locks, hinges, window latches, and directional or safety signage.
• To achieve effective, economic and safe operations of the team.
• Conduct regular inspection of the team that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Attend all meetings with clients when required.
• Ensure proper keeping of records in accordance with the Quality Policy of the client and ENGIE.
• Ensure the contractual KPIs are met at all times.
• Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager and Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant fields.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
• Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Hardworking and able to multi-task
• Have good documentation practice
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
