Technical Officer
Summary
Oversee a maintenance team performing high/low voltage and generator upkeep, troubleshoot faults, and manage client proposals and reporting for an electrical services contract.
Scope of work:
- Lead a maintenance team in the day to day operation and maintenance of HV, LV and power generator to meet safety, reliability and availability criteria of the maintenance contract
- Supervise technicians and coordinate the maintenance team to carry out corrective, preventive maintenance, shut down servicing and adhoc works in accordance to the work instruction and procedures
- Assist in planning, scheduling and implementing projects / maintenance works
- Liaise with clients to prepare and submit work proposal for job requests received
- Prepare costing, condition assessment and proposal for Corrective Maintenance works before required time frame in contract
- Troubleshoot faults, undertake root cause analysis and ensure system recovery.
- Supervise sub-contractors’ work, checks, certify, compile and ensure Maintenance service reports are submitted on time
- Prepare and submit Certificate of Completion for Maintenance & Adhoc Works and prepare monthly claims
- On duty to standby for response to emergency fault calls after officer hour
