Technical Operations & Stock Coordinator

As the Technical Operations & Stock Coordinator, you will own the full life-cycle of our rental booths. You'll be responsible for inspecting, refurbishing, and configuring hardware and software, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating global logistics to ensure our units are always ready for our clients worldwide., Receive returned booths. Unpack, clean, and perform quality checks on all hardware components. Diagnose technical issues. Execute minor repairs or component replacements: lighting, cameras, PCs, touchscreens, and peripherals. Load and test Sharingbox software builds, apply configuration profiles, and verify full system functionality. Apply skins or other graphics with precision, ensuring each unit meets client brand guidelines. Manage inventory system. Scan assets in and out, monitor stock levels, and initiate re-orders for consumables and spare parts. Prepare kit for shipment: kit accessories, create labels and customs paperwork, pack securely, and schedule couriers or on-site installers worldwide. Liaise with Sales and Project Management teams on deadlines and special requirements, and provide remote support to installers during event builds.
