💰 Salary & Benefits
✨ Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
✨ Night Shift Allowance: $9 (for shifts ending after 11:00 PM)
⏰ Working Hours
- 5-day / 6-day rotating roster (5 / 6 / 5 / 6)
- 8.75 hours per shift
- Earliest reporting time: 6:45 AM
- Latest standard shift ends around 11:00 PM
- Occasional maintenance work may extend until 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and support the daily operations of technical equipment and attractions while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Perform pre-operation inspections, identify faults, investigate breakdowns, and carry out corrective actions.
- Support and guide the technical operations team during daily start-up and operational activities.
- Assign daily work, monitor adherence to workplace safety practices, and maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, including lubrication, greasing, cleaning, calibration, adjustments, and equipment servicing.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Candidates with relevant technical operations or maintenance experience will have an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and committed to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
