We are currently looking for a : Technical Package Specialist - Oracle HCM to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

  • The project operates within a European financial institution, characterized by a highly structured and regulated environment.
  • The role is situated within a collaborative team framework, comprising cross-functional professionals skilled in financial services and technical implementation.
  • Team members are expected to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including IT departments and management, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address complex technical issues and inquiries, proposing viable solutions and alternative workarounds.
  • Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure integration processes align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of integration processes and system configurations to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Execute thorough testing and validation of integrations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing integration frameworks and methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), focusing on designing, developing, and implementing integrations.
  • Proficiency in API and Web Services technologies, including REST and SOAP, alongside OIC connectivity agents for external system integration.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core HR, and their data structures.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM technical configuration, including fast formulas, reporting (BI Publisher/OTBI), and HCM extract processes.
  • Competence in additional technologies such as SQL, Visual Builder Studio, and data load techniques enhancing integration capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, fostering collaborative relationships within and outside the team.
  • Proactive stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.

LANGUAGES

  • English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous and may enhance stakeholder engagement.
