Job DescriptionTechnical Pre-Sales Engineer (VRF/VRV Air-Conditioning products and systems) - west London, UK (with option of hybrid working) A new vacancy for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Technical Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 2yrs experience working with VRF/VRV products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors. Key requirements: Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc) Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2yrs+) Experience using PRODUCT SELECTION SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT PRICING/SALES TOOLS Fluent English, both oral and written Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Multi-tasking Knowledge of other European (s) would also be an advantage Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally
