This is your role.

• Work on IT implementation project to implement and run the Siemens Territory Management system based on SAP Territory and Quota (SAP T&Q)
• Specify functional and non-functional T&Q requirements, support design reviews, within the architectural solutions and align these with the international agile development team for Processes and Capabilities such as:

• Foundational Data settings
• Classifier Hierarchies
• Quota Targets setting and management
• Territory Programs management

Support TrainingsOvercome technical challenges by finding innovative solutionsData understanding between complex and multiple source system to harmonize business requirements
Use Your Skills To Move The World Forward.

• You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar
• You have extensive experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT project for large-scale global enterprise environments
• You have many years of experience in managing IT Services with System Integrators
• You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP Commissions and/or SAP T&Q services
• You have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications and contractual language with the needed curiosity to question things
• Knowing ERP and Sales Planning topics is a plus
• You have proven ability to identify critical requirement information across T&Q and peripheral source processes and systems. You can evaluate potential implications associated with them and contribute to solutions
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts
• You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization
• Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills you can demonstrate
• Business (contract and negotiation) fluent in English, German is a plus
