Responsibilities

■ 주요업무
Own the product roadmap and release plan.
Gather user and customer needs, write product requirements (PRD), and set priorities.
Write feature specification: user workflows, UI/CLI behavior, and input/output definitions.
Coordinate release scope with development and QA; manage schedule risk.
Define usability metrics and feedback loops; measure outcomes after release.
Analyze competing products and market trends, and reflect them in the roadmap.
Set the direction for release notes and user-facing documentation.

Requirements

■ 자격요건
ㆍ경력 3년 이상
ㆍ대학졸업(4년)이상
3+ years of product management or product planning experience for software products (B2B or technical products).
Enough technical depth to work directly with engineers: a CS background or hands-on development experience.
Experience writing requirements and running prioritization in practice.
Data-informed decision making: defining and tracking product metrics.
Strong writing and communication skills.

Preferred

■ 우대사항
Product experience with developer tools or engineering software (EDA, CAD, simulation, or similar).
A prior career as a software engineer before moving into product.
Experience running agile / sprint-based planning with a development team.
Ability to write technical specs and documents in English.
