Join a fast-moving, global fintech environment building an AI-native stockbroking superapp for Southeast Asia.
You will own a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and metrics through technical design, delivery, and launch.
The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations, with real-money products at its core.
You will shape systems involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, scalability, and financial infrastructure.
AI will be central to the product strategy, with a strong focus on using it where it creates genuine value while maintaining reliability and control.
You will navigate complex regulatory requirements, third-party financial rails, and operational dependencies to deliver trusted customer experiences.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for a technically strong product leader who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build next-generation financial products.
Accountabilities:
- Own a product vertical end-to-end, defining strategy, success metrics, roadmap, priorities, execution plans, and launch outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to shape technical architecture across APIs, data flows, databases, ledgering, reconciliation, scalability, security, and failure handling.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and customer experience.
- Embed regulatory and compliance requirements directly into product design, including KYC, transaction monitoring, transaction limits, privacy, and licensing considerations.
- Identify and implement meaningful AI opportunities while establishing appropriate evaluation methods, safeguards, human oversight, reliability standards, and failure-handling mechanisms.
- Drive product delivery across external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial infrastructure, third-party partners, and other critical integrations.
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around product decisions, priorities, dependencies, and launch requirements.
- Maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap while ensuring critical launch blockers are identified and resolved quickly.
- Ensure financial accuracy and trustworthy user experiences, particularly around balances, transactions, and the status of customer funds.
- Establish clear decision-making frameworks so product and technical trade-offs remain deliberate, transparent, and defensible under uncertainty.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
- Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, distributed systems, failure modes, and scalable software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineers, review technical designs, challenge assumptions, and contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions.
- Professional experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, fintech, or another regulated and high-consequence product environment.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to make difficult decisions and balance technical, regulatory, operational, financial, and customer constraints.
- Practical experience building with LLMs or AI-powered products, including understanding evaluation, reliability, safeguards, and situations where AI should not be used.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to create alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and move products forward in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones within a distributed international organization.

- Engineering experience or a highly technical product background is a plus.
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products is advantageous.
