- Ideate and take ownership of new fintech initiatives specifically for Authentication and Anti-fraud and AML products
- Drive technical project delivery from planning, development, testing and launch:
- Gather, document, review and ensure sign off for requirement documents (BRDs, PRDs)
- Take ownership of the whole UAT process - from planning, execution to sign off
- Plan, manage and communicate feature releases and product roadmap changes
- Create feature guides, conduct training and provide knowledge support to other departments
- Collect, analyze and summarize customer feedback and work with various stakeholders to deliver improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams to ensure that products and services are well understood
- Provide support for the users, work with regional product team to troubleshoot the issues
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing)
- Preferably with experience in the FinTech or banking industry, specifically product management
- With experience in business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional team
- Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
