Requirements
- Experience as a first Product Manager, early product hire, or startup Product Manager.
- Proven track record in AI product management or technical product management.
- Background as a former founder or engineer who transitioned into product management.
- Strong understanding of product delivery and customer outcomes over mere backlog throughput.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing tools.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation for engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, but not solely reliant on coordinating engineering or running ceremonies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.
