Technical Product Manager - Cabuyao Laguna

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between technology, operations, and people — driving smarter processes, better systems, and solutions that actually make an impact!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of technology and process improvements across the company

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then turn them into innovative solutions

• Build and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals

• Evaluate and implement new tools, systems, and platforms to make business processes smarter and more efficient

• Ensure technology solutions meet data security, compliance, and industry standards

• Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement, driving high performance and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment

• Strong technical skills, including experience with web-based programs (e.g., Java) and proficiency in SQL

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset

• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners
