Summary

Technical Product Manager for Integrations who owns API/SDK and third-party integration products — defining integration strategy, bi-directional data flows, and authentication requirements while partnering with engineering, enterprise customers, and partners. Core technologies include REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0/JWT, and iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, and Zapier.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to join the product team and take ownership of complex integrations connecting the creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external platforms.
This is a highly technical product role focused on APIs, SDKs, authentication, data flows, and third-party integrations.
You will act as the product owner for the bi-directional flow of third-party data and authentication, working closely with engineering teams, enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Location: San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Texas (Remote)

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Define and drive the integration strategy, standards, and technical capabilities across the platform.
  • Own the product lifecycle of Integrations and SDK products — from strategy and discovery through roadmap, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the integrations development process, ensuring that implementation meets customer needs, technical standards, and business objectives.
  • Drive both inbound data ingestion and outbound data publishing/syndication across third-party platforms.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures in collaboration with technical leads.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.
  • Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, developers, and integration marketplaces.
  • Translate complex technical concepts — such as payload structures, authentication mechanisms, data models, and latency — into clear product decisions and requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams to understand customer needs and incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product strategy.
  • Develop and support the go-to-market strategy for attracting third-party integration users, developers, and technology partners to the ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new integration capabilities based on customer feedback, market trends, analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Apply a strong security and DevSecOps mindset when defining integration solutions and technical requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of overall software industry experience, including at least 3+ years working with product APIs.
  • Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager, API Product Manager, Integration Product Manager, or similar technical product role.
  • Hands-on understanding of designing and managing workflows involving:
    • REST APIs
    • GraphQL
    • Webhooks / real-time integrations
  • Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and data structures, including JSON and XML.
  • Practical knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as:
    • OAuth 2.0
    • JWT
    • API Keys
  • Experience designing solutions with or for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) products such as Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working directly with customers to design and implement technical solutions based on their business requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Engineering teams and acting as an accountable product stakeholder for APIs and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with engineering and technical leadership.
  • A strong security mindset, including familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a startup mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing platforms, processes, and workflows is a plus.
