Technical Product Manager / Engineer

Summary

Owns AI-driven logistics and compliance modules for cold-chain pharma, bridging customer needs with ML engineering to automate risk decisions and streamline supply-chain workflows.

About the Role

Every year, billions of dollars of temperature-sensitive products — vaccines, biologics, and specialty therapies — are lost to a cold chain that runs on disconnected point solutions, manual compliance work, and decisions made too late. This company is building the logistics orchestration and quality compliance platform that fixes that: one system where planning, logistics, and quality teams consolidate every data source, automate release and qualification decisions, and act on prescriptive, AI-driven recommendations in real time.

We're a Series A-stage B2B SaaS company operating in the cold chain / pharma logistics space, backed by well-known venture and strategic investors. We serve some of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers, and our platform gets smarter with every shipment it processes.

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager / Engineer to own core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents — someone who can go deep with customers, hold their own with ML engineers, and consistently ship product that matters.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents (live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, LSP management, and customer-built custom agents)

  • Define and enforce a clear agentic contract: agents surface context and recommendations with visible reasoning, execute only what a user delegates, and log every action for audit

  • Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations — translating messy, regulated workflows into clean, simple product experiences

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers

  • Define concrete success metrics (decisions automated, hours returned, releases accelerated) and track them rigorously

  • Maintain and communicate a well-prioritized product roadmap and clear feature requirements across cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years in product management or a technical product role, including 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products

  • Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features on a roadmap

  • Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and writing detailed product requirements

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (design, analytics, QA, data science)

  • Fluency in LLMs, agentic architectures, and RAG — enough to have substantive technical conversations with ML engineers without shipping AI for its own sake

  • Instinct to simplify: shrink scope, ship, and iterate

  • Customer obsession, with a portfolio of shipped products you're genuinely proud of

  • Based in the United States; comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cold chain logistics, pharma supply chain, or GxP-regulated products

  • Familiarity with defining and tracking KPIs for software features

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

Tech Stack (for context)

  • Python, Node.js, React on PostgreSQL (Supabase) and Azure Kubernetes

  • LLM tooling, feature flags, and modern issue-tracking tools in the development loop

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. US-based candidates only.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $170,000 – $200,000 annually

  • Equity participation

  • Five weeks paid time off

  • Full health benefits

Location

Fully remote — United States only.
