Technical Product Manager - Enterprise Collaboration and AI

Summary

Own AI-powered collaboration features for enterprises, from discovery to launch, integrating messaging, workflow automation, and AI agents/copilots to boost productivity.

About the Team

SeaTalk is a business communication and collaboration platform that integrates messaging, enterprise management, workflow automation, and an open platform. Our mission is to digitise and automate office operations, enhance communication efficiency, improve enterprise productivity, and ensure data security.

As part of the SeaTalk Product team, you will work closely with engineering, design, data, security, and AI engineering teams across Sea. You will help build core collaboration and enterprise management features, while also exploring how AI capabilities such as agents, copilots, intelligent search, summarisation, workflow automation, and platform integrations can improve enterprise productivity

Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager for SeaTalk, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, to post-launch iteration. You will work on enterprise collaboration and AI-related product initiatives, translating complex user, business, and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.

You will:

  • Own end-to-end product areas within SeaTalk, including user research, problem definition, product requirements, solution design, delivery coordination, launch, and post-launch impact tracking.

  • Deep dive into the needs of enterprise stakeholders, including HR, IT, management, developers, compliance, and employees, and translate their workflows and pain points into clear product specifications.

  • Explore and define AI-enabled product use cases, including AI agents, copilots, intelligent search, summarisation, workflow automation, structured outputs, and productivity assistance.

  • Work with AI engineering and data teams to pilot AI capabilities, evaluate product and model quality, and bring validated prototypes into production where appropriate.

  • Design scalable product workflows and content structures for enterprise scenarios, including knowledge integration, API-driven workflows, and reusable product frameworks.

  • Develop and enhance the SeaTalk Open Platform, enabling internal and external developers to integrate services and leverage platform capabilities securely and efficiently.

  • Define product success metrics and evaluation frameworks, monitor post-launch performance, and use data to drive prioritisation and product iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, AI, data, security, and business stakeholders to align product goals, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely execution.

  • Communicate product decisions clearly through PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow specs, launch plans, and stakeholder updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields

  • Relevant full time or internship experience product management experience in AI-related products, particularly in AI agents, LLM applications, workflow automation, or AI-powered productivity tools

  • Additional experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, open platforms, or workflow automation products is preferred

  • Experience in AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent systems

  • Familiarity with Python programming language

  • Strong user empathy and ability to understand different enterprise stakeholders, scenarios, and operational constraints

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with technical and business teams

  • Self-starter mentality; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity

  • Strong logical and structured thinking; able to break down ambiguous and complex problems into clear hypotheses, user stories, requirements, and execution plans
