Technical Product Manager
Job Description:
The technical product manager manages and supports development projects from start towards commercial launch and makes sure that the software and related libraries and catalogs are delivered with complete technical file within schedule. Additionally, the technical product manager facilitates and drives the knowledge dissemination of our products and solutions and follows up on released software products.
Project management:
- Drive the Design Control process, and support the commercial roll out process of the software releases and their related product catalogs.
- Manage risk management and design history files for the software projects
- Ensure that good decisions are made at an appropriate time
- Identify and manage risks to project delivery
- Manage inter-project dependencies including identification of key milestones and technical integration points
- Identify important communication streams between projects and with other departments, and ensure effective communication alogn these streams
Product follow up:
- Support Alpha/beta tests from a point of view of technical suitability and root cause analysis of the findings
- Contribute to root cause analysis of 2nd level support cases and field complaints
- Facilitate the knowledge dissemination of our products and solutions
- Support the quality team with audits and management of CAPA activities
- Drive change process for released software products and the related libraries and product catalogs.
Job Requirements:
Master or PhD degree, preference in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline
Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills. French is an advantage
In depth understanding of the field of Digital Dentistry solutions
Quality minded, focused on details
Experience in project management with cross-functional teams, experience in a regulated software or medical device experience
Team player
This role will require 4 days per week on-site
