Technical Product Manager (M / F)

Currently joining our Dohler Polska Sp. z o.o. team. We are seeking the following position:

TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR (male / female)

Workplace: Kozietuły Nowe (Mogielnica)

Your role will include:
• Coordinating all food projects, in particular by:
- receiving inquiries from sales representatives,
- specifying customer needs and verifying information entered by the sales department into the LTO system for accuracy and completeness,
- selecting the appropriate team of collaborators to complete the order,
- recommending possible product solutions and selecting the appropriate product range from the Doehler Group portfolio,
- continuous supervision of project implementation (project status, project outline, timeframe, budget, etc.),
- ongoing contact with the sales department regarding deadlines, project results, and any issues arising during its implementation.
• Verifying the results of projects implemented at the Doehler Group and maintaining appropriate documentation in this regard. • Documenting the results of internal tastings and recipes related to the project.
• Knowledge of the company's product range and identifying optimal solutions to support project implementation and/or customer inquiries.
• Participating in the development of a core B2B portfolio in the food sector – collaboration with individual Doehler Group business units.
• Ongoing collaboration with Product Managers and the R&D Department at headquarters regarding new solutions, trends, and production technologies.
• Reviewing the B2B portfolio for possible applications in various product groups (tests, laboratory trials).
• Providing technological advice on the solutions offered by the company and collaborating with headquarters in this regard.
• Tracking and reviewing new solutions emerging in the Doehler Group portfolio with local solutions for the food industry, and keeping the sales department informed about emerging solutions and their application possibilities.
• Participating in/implementing projects (preparing recipes and their implementation technologies) at the Food Application Laboratory. • Participation in daily tastings related to project implementation and the verification of new product ranges. • Preparation of necessary information for the relevant sales representative regarding project results.

We expect the ideal candidate to have:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry or as a technologist in the food industry (required); preferred industries: beverages, confectionery, bakery, dairy
• Higher education in food technology, human nutrition, food chemistry, or biotechnology
• Practical experience in developing new product recipes
• Knowledge of food law related to the main product categories to which Doehler's portfolio is dedicated.
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurship, and good work organization
• Customer-focused, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – minimum B2 level; German is a plus (required)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP)
• Category B driving license
