Job Summary:
Hybrid TPM + Client Success role owning product development coordination (project management), customer-facing demos/discovery, and cross-functional stakeholder management across the product suite (front-end, mid-cycle, and backend).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering teams to manage/drive product development priorities, roadmap execution, and delivery timelines as a Technical Product/project Manager
- Serve as primary liaison between internal Operations and external clients (existing and prospective) for product-related needs
- Work side-by-side with Client Success and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to support the deal lifecycle
- Lead and support product demos and discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients
- Support product solutioning from a business/commercial angle, translating client needs into product requirements
- Coordinate across product lines (front-end, mid-cycle, backend) to ensure consistent client-facing messaging and solution fit
- Create polished customer-facing artifacts (presentations, proposals, solution decks) leveraging AI tools for efficiency and quality
- Act as a trusted stakeholder-facing representative across internal (engineering, sales, ops) and external (client) audiences
- Performs other duties as assigned.
