About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Guide the product direction of an internal team that brings AI automation into everyday business operations. Partner with engineers and business stakeholders to choose what to build, ship automation that takes over entire workflows, and track how well it performs.
What you'll do
- Build and ship internal AI agents that carry whole jobs from start to finish, including pushing code to production.
- Own how internal knowledge and context are organized, setting authoritative sources and keeping documentation accurate.
- Design and build integrations that let AI agents use internal tools across the organization.
- Create evaluation suites, review agent behavior over time, and iterate to raise performance.
- Shape new tooling, interfaces and working models that let people and AI agents collaborate as the business grows.

- A degree in a STEM field from a highly regarded university.
- Typical tenure of at least 1.5 years at past employers.
