Technical Product Manager
Summary
The Technical Product Manager will translate product needs into detailed engineering specifications for a complex B2B SaaS platform. The role involves close collaboration with R&D teams, hands-on UX design involvement, and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong hands-on experience writing engineering-grade specifications, to work deeply on a complex B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for translating product needs into precise technical specifications, working closely with engineering teams throughout development.
This role is not focused on outbound activity or broad strategic positioning — it is a deeply hands-on position centered on getting into the details and working internally across departments to take ideas from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Requirements (PRD): Write detailed, engineering-level Product Requirement Documents, including functional logic, edge cases, technical dependencies, and clear specifications for implementation by R&D.
- User Experience (UX): Hands-on involvement in the UX design process, ensuring specifications are intuitive, technically implementable, and meet high usability standards.
- Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with engineers to clarify specifications, resolve technical questions during development, and ensure implementation matches the original intent of the spec.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in product specification within a B2B environment, particularly SaaS Gaming\trading Experience with complex systems is essential.
- Proven previous experience working closely with RND teams
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience building roadmaps and writing engineering-level Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) – required.
- Hands-on experience with UX design – required.
- AI Proficiency: Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools for product specification and product management (e.g., AI-assisted PRD writing, roadmap planning, and analysis) – a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS product development processes.
- Experience in data analysis – a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with analytical and creative thinking to translate complex problems into clear technical specifications.
- Technical Communication: Strong ability to communicate and translate complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
