Technical Product Manager
Summary
Lead a CRM transformation roadmap for a new Salesforce stack, defining capabilities and user stories while managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Extensive experience as a Lead or Principal Analyst within a CRM transformation environment.
- Proven background acting as a Technical Product Owner or equivalent role for Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM within a Business OS context, including complex multi-product, multi-segment and multi-channel implementations.
- Strong understanding of Communications Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, or comparable CRM cloud capabilities, and how they integrate within a wider enterprise ecosystem.
- Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale CRM transformations, including SaaS and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementations.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with senior business and technical leaders.
- Proven ability to manage complex programme dependencies and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable CRM capabilities, features and user stories.
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for senior stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
- A track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and driving continuous improvement in CRM processes and capabilities.
- Lead an analysis team through a transformational roadmap following the launch of a new Salesforce stack.
- Shape the strategic definition and delivery of CRM capabilities across a wider technology ecosystem.
- Combine hands-on CRM analysis, people leadership and senior stakeholder engagement to drive value-focused, customer-centric transformation initiatives.
