Summary

100% remote (Brazil, PJ contract) Technical Product Manager role at an international company in the HOAM Ventures Group, owning roadmaps for technical products: systems, data, integrations, and internal tools. Day to day involves prioritizing across stakeholders, reading API specs, and writing build-ready requirements for engineering on internal-facing products.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our international partner company, part of the HOAM Ventures Group, and own the roadmap for technical products: systems, data, integrations, and internal tools.

In this role, you will balance competing stakeholders (other product teams, internal operations, and customer commitments), prioritize based on impact and cost, and work closely with engineering to turn decisions into clear, buildable requirements. This is not a consumer-facing UI role: your users are often internal, and your products often depend on third-party APIs.

What we offer

  • 100% remote work
  • PJ contract
  • Opportunity to work with an international team and gain experience in a global operation

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Own a roadmap across competing stakeholders, and say no with a reason people accept;
  • Prioritize against impact and cost, not against who asked loudest, and defend the trade-offs out loud;
  • Define success metrics before building, and go back to check them afterwards;
  • Run kickoffs that leave engineering able to write their own tickets without a second meeting;
  • Keep stakeholders informed without being asked: what shipped, what slipped, and why;
  • Read API specifications and reason from them: what is possible, what is not, and which product decisions that forces;
  • Write requirements that cover the unhappy paths: missing data, ambiguous matches, calls that fail halfway;
  • Build products for internal users.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field;
  • 5+ years in product management
  • Experience building for internal users;
  • Strong communication with engineering and stakeholders;
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

What will make you successful in this role?

We’re looking for someone who can make and defend prioritization calls, translate technical constraints into product decisions, and give engineering requirements clear enough to build from, including what happens when things go wrong.

If this sounds like the challenge you’re looking for, apply here.
