Technical Product Manager on an internal AI team at a financial technology company, building and shipping internal AI agents that automate workflows. Day-to-day spans owning context architecture, designing MCP services and integrations, and creating evaluation suites to monitor and improve agent performance.

About the Role

Join an internal AI team at a fast-growing financial technology company to help define how AI agents can transform knowledge work. You will shape and deliver systems that automate complex workflows, support company operations, and enable effective collaboration between people and agents.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship internal AI agents that can deliver code, maintain company knowledge, and handle end-to-end workflows.

  • Own context architecture by defining sources of truth and keeping documentation aligned with how the business operates.

  • Design integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that make internal tools accessible to AI agents.

  • Create evaluation suites, monitor agent behavior, and improve performance through iteration.

  • Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience as a product manager, engineer, or founder building B2B software.

  • Professional software engineering experience or a demonstrated ability to ship production code, with strong coding skills or substantial hands-on use of AI coding tools.

  • Experience in technical product roles at a successful, fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI startup, with recent experience outside large technology companies.

  • A track record of launching technical products and prioritizing AI initiatives for their long-term business value.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex products such as AI agents or data platforms, and an understanding of software development lifecycle automation.

  • STEM education and strong technical fundamentals; experience as a founder or early product hire is valuable.
