Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Own strategy and execution for major product areas at a Series B AI company building tools for accounting workflows. You will shape products from early problem discovery through production, partnering closely with engineering and accounting experts to help define how AI agents support professional work.

What You'll Do

• Set product strategy and deliver production-ready solutions across one or more product areas.
• Translate customer needs and accounting workflows into specifications, agent behaviors, and reusable product primitives.
• Work with machine learning engineers, prompt specialists, and accounting experts to define agent capabilities and human handoffs.
• Prototype concepts and run small experiments with users before committing to engineering work.
• Make prioritization decisions that balance technical complexity, model performance, customer value, and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For

• Five to fifteen years of experience leading products or business functions at high-growth startups.
• Experience launching user-facing B2B SaaS or AI products, including products with technically complex or machine learning components.
• Product management experience beyond growth, with a track record of working closely with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in coding or strong capability with AI coding tools.
• Experience with AI or agent-based products and accounting workflows is valuable.
• A builder mindset, strong first-principles thinking, and a record of meaningful accomplishments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
