Technical Product Owner

Location: New York, NY

Job Description

The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. They will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the end-users. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for:

• Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements
• Creating and maintaining the product backlog
• Working with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget
• Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets their needs
• Ensuring that the product is technically sound and meets all relevant standards and regulations
• Managing the release process and ensuring that the product is launched successfully
• Continuously monitoring the product and making improvements as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
