We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Technical Product Owner to join our e-commerce team. The Technical Product Owner owns the technical product roadmap and translates business intent into scalable, high-quality deliveries. You will be the technical anchor between business goals and engineering execution - driving product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure platform architecture.

What You'll do

• Contribute to the technical product roadmap and support technical evolution initiatives for assigned mission teams, focusing on feasibility, scalability, and alignment with approved product priorities.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, marketing, and operations teams to support the delivery of high-quality features and enhancements and facilitate technical alignment.
• Translate approved business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications and collaborate with architects in the development of architectural blueprints.
• Support architectural discussions and provide technical input with architects and tech leads regarding modularity, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to API design, data model development, and integrations with approved third-party services (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways) in alignment with established product and architecture standards.
• Support, maintain & assess technical excellence through the application of quality standards, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices aligned with product goals.
• Monitor KPIs, system logs, and analytics and provide recommendations for technical improvements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce or digital environments. STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce).
• Deep familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and third-party integrations.
• Previous experience of Architect or Developer ( Preferred)
• Translate approved business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications and collaborate with architects in the development of architectural blueprints.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to write user stories and review technical documentation, data flow diagrams and system specs. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, DataDog, etc
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
