Technical Product Owner / Senior Specialist

Role Summary:

We would like to invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch in the Toyota Digital HUB in Wroclaw.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Owner. You will work as part of the development team responsible for delivery of connected services in automotive industry. The ideal candidate needs to have solid technical background, agile execution experience, a passion for translating business vision into scalable, high-quality technical implementations and a delivery-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert and advisor to the development teams, clarifying architecture, infrastructure, and design needs.

• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure technical feasibility and smooth integration.

• Act as liaison between customers and development teams, translating technical complexity into accessible insights and estimates.

• Work together with UI/UX designer to define optimal customer experience.

• Maintain backlog items: new feature implementation, technical debt, infrastructure enhancements, architectural updates and prioritize their implementation.

• Track sprint progress, identify technical blockers, and escalate as needed to maintain delivery flow.

• Coordinate across teams to harmonize dependencies, optimize resource planning, and support release cycles.

Qualifications & Skills:

What we require:

• Technical background with understanding of SW development practices, system design, database technologies, microservices architecture and APIs designs

• Familiar with cloud platforms

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and prototyping workflows.

• Practical Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Communication skills: Able to articulate technical concepts across stakeholders, teams, and customers.

• Analytical & problem-solving: Skilled at diagnosing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and defining viable technical solutions.

• Decision-making & leadership: Confident in setting technical priorities, resolving dependencies, and guiding the team.

• Experienced in sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, and backlog refinement.
