Own the technical roadmap for Vaillant’s internal planning platform, translating business needs into scalable solutions and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

- In your role as Technical Product Owner, you will shape the strategic direction of the Planning Domain by aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and creating measurable value for internal and external stakeholders.
- Together with architects, product owners and development teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and customer-centric digital experiences that support long-term platform growth and stability.
- Your responsibilities will include managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features, enhancements and technical improvements are delivered at the right time to maximize business impact.
- By creating and communicating a clear technical vision, you will help drive platform scalability, maintainability and performance while ensuring alignment with the broader technology roadmap.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide technical guidance, support architectural decisions and foster collaboration to ensure consistent and high-quality implementation across the platform landscape.
- Using data, user feedback and system insights, you will continuously identify opportunities to improve products, optimize processes and enhance the overall user experience.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study.
- Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in agile product development environments, ideally as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Solution Owner, System Analyst or in a similar role focused on enterprise platforms and digital products.
- Know-how and skills: You possess a strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, software development lifecycles and domain-driven design, enabling you to transform complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
- Nice to have: Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, intelligent automation solutions and Generative AI in enterprise environments will help you drive innovation, optimize product development and support data-driven decision-making.
- Personality: You combine an analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting business and technical stakeholders while building trustful relationships within international and interdisciplinary teams.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and are able to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way to different target groups
