We are looking for a hands-on and curious Technical Product & QA Intern to support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and client onboarding for our AI products.

- Provide client support during onboarding and early-stage product usage
- Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently
- Security & Reliability Checks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and learning new tools quickly
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of APIs, networking, Linux, or Windows troubleshooting is a plus
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and automation tools
