Salary: ₦150,000/month

Crop: Habanero, Tomato, Cucumber
Accommodation: Off-site accommodation provided
Mobility: Company motorcycle provided for movement between the office, accommodation, and farm.
Role Overview:
The Technical Production Lead will oversee all farm production activities from nursery establishment to harvest. The role involves production planning, field implementation, crop monitoring, pest and disease management, supervision of farm workers, record keeping, and ensuring adherence to Good Agronomic Practices (GAP) to achieve high productivity and quality yields.
Requirements:
● HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
● At least 2 years of practical experience in horticultural or vegetable production.
● Strong technical knowledge of crop production, leadership, and record-keeping skills.
