Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum environments, a solid understanding of Azure DevOps and Jira, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an emerging project or program management professional looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

  • Support the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise programs and initiatives.
  • Assist Program Managers in managing project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Facilitate project governance activities and maintain project documentation.

Agile Delivery Management

  • Support Agile teams in the adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile best practices.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor sprint progress and track delivery metrics.
  • Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.

Azure DevOps & Jira Administration

  • Maintain project boards, work items, epics, features, stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Generate and distribute project dashboards and progress reports.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project status, dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Support workflow configuration and process improvements within project management tools.

Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare status updates, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately while recommending mitigation actions.

Reporting & Governance

  • Track key program metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing governance materials for steering committees and leadership reviews.
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Agile Delivery, or related roles.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking and delivery management.
  • Understanding of project management principles, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Agile certification (SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • CAPM, PMP, or Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Mentor and guide junior program management professionals, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on support services or a similar domain.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using program management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
