Technical Program Management Manager

This is an internal facing role that is highly focused on execution excellence, organizational alignment and on-time delivery of all Zion ASIC designs.
This role coordinates complex multi-disciplinary efforts spanning, Design, Verification, Physical Design, Test Vehicles, DFT, Packaging Test, Operations and supply chain.
The program manager insures that all internal groups are aligned from concept through production while identifying and overcoming all risks and cross functional dependencies.

• BS/MS in EE, CS, or a related engineering field (PMP/PgMP or MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management (TPM) or Silicon Development experience in the semiconductor/ASIC space.
• Proven track record of delivering complex SoC/ASIC projects from concept to tape-out and mass production.
• Solid grasp of full ASIC lifecycle: Design, verification, physical design (APR), DFT, advanced packaging, and silcon bring-up/test.
• Familiarity with AI datacenter hardware: Accelerator architectures (ASIC/GPU), high-speed SerDes, PCIe, and memory (LPDDR/HBM).
• Cross-functional leadership to align diverse engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Strong risk management skills to identify bottlenecks, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present program status and resolve complex technical trade-offs.
• Fluent in English is a must
