We are looking for TPM (Technical Program Manager) to collaborate with multi-functional teams. The candidate will play a meaningful role in the development of Apple products including working with cross functional team to automated manual process, looking for opportunities for more effective manufacturing.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree or above, majoring in Materials Science, Mechanical/EE/Automation Engineering
- Solid understanding of core ML/AI concepts, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and model evaluation techniques
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Design / Manufacturing Process Development
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- -Design for manufacturability, FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis
- -Laser welding, laser soldering, glueing, adhesive films, assembly
- -Statistical data analysis, understand basic statistical tools used in manufacturing, exp. SPC, capability, Design of experiments, regression, modeling
- GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerances)
- Excellent project management skills, working in a matrix organization
- Demonstrable track record of leading a multi-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost
- Experience in massive data analysis, coding and machine learning/AI application would be a plus
