Requires 10+ years in enterprise integration/program delivery across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, DDD/EDA knowledge, and C1 English.
Project description
Our Client is undertaking its most significant digital transformation to date, with delivering a consistent, integrated SAP S/4HANA-based ecosystem and associated technology stack across markets as a cornerstone. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to ensure all system integrations, interfaces, dependencies, and readiness activities are aligned, governed, and delivered to support the transformation program Go-Live. Act as the central point of accountability for integration, drive cross-functional coordination, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across business, process, architecture, technology, testing, data migration, and cutover teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for integration across the program.
- Define, establish, and govern the end-to-end integration framework, strategy, operating model, principles, standards, and architecture guardrails in partnership with Enterprise Architecture.
- Own, maintain, and govern all integrations, interfaces, middleware components, and business-critical data flows across the program technology landscape.
- Drive integration readiness, ensuring requirements, dependencies, deliverables, and plans are identified early and translated into coordinated execution across business and technology teams.
- Consolidate, align, and govern integration plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies, including WRICEF objects, across all workstreams and vendors.
- Proactively track, challenge, and drive the resolution of integration actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, escalating where necessary to protect program delivery.
- Establish and lead integration governance, planning, readiness forums, workshops, symposiums, and alignment sessions, including reporting on overall integration readiness.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of integration sequencing, risks, and solution readiness, working closely with technical teams to validate milestone readiness and delivery progress.
- Partner with Testing, Data Migration, Transition & Cutover, Senior Engineering, SAP CoE, Product Teams, and System Integrators to ensure end-to-end solution readiness.
- Support program governance forums, including the Design Forum, X-Workstream Integration meetings, and Steering Committees, communicating integration status, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.
