The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize program goals, author charters, and define scopes, timelines, and OKRs for advanced programs.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, maintaining trackers and status reports while proactively addressing dependencies and risks.
  • Monitor key metrics and program phasing to identify deviations, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners by leading effective meetings and designing targeted communication strategies.
  • Execute change management requirements by creating rollout plans, analyzing impact, and resolving alignment issues. Establish governance structures to triage technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve tooling or process roadblocks.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Program Management, Business Administration or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Management of cross-functional or cross-team projects; Risk monitoring and mitigation planning; Assessment of engineering problems and defect analysis; Creation of technical roadmaps or white papers; and Application of Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project planning and Development of governance plans or project trackers.
