As a Technical Program Manager for iPad, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Apple's innovative products to life by overseeing end-to-end manufacturing and production engineering processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional design teams and external vendors to optimize production efficiency, ensure uncompromising product quality, and drive continuous process improvements from new product engineering builds through mass production. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EE or ME.
- Understand precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications.
- Good spoken and written English with proficient Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
- Testing background or mechanical working experience is preferable.
- Familiar with mobile devices' knowledge is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure.
- Highly motivated and able to drive issues across cultures.
- Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Knowledge of AI or ML adapt to manufacturing is a plus.
