Join an innovative, fast-growing technology company transforming the energy sector through electric vehicle (EV) integration and virtual power plant solutions. As a Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the key link between commercial teams, external partners, and internal Product and Engineering teams. You will oversee technical partnerships and lead complex integrations from initial discovery and planning through testing and production launch. Your work will help streamline partner collaboration, improve integration efficiency, and accelerate the adoption of technologies that support a more flexible and sustainable energy grid. In this remote role, you will combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and program leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflows, automate repeatable processes, and help shape modern program management practices.
Accountabilities
- Manage technical partnerships: Own a portfolio of approximately 6–10 technical partner relationships, acting as the primary connection between partner needs, commercial priorities, and engineering delivery.
- Lead end-to-end integrations: Oversee complex integration projects from requirements discovery and technical scoping through project planning, development coordination, testing, and production launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Support teams to align stakeholders, establish priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery schedules.
- Communicate technical solutions: Explain platform APIs, integration processes, use cases, and business benefits to external partners and internal stakeholders, adapting communication to technical and executive audiences.
- Drive program execution: Establish project milestones, clarify responsibilities, track progress, identify risks, and ensure commitments are met without relying on direct managerial authority.
- Build scalable processes: Develop reusable integration playbooks, documentation, and workflows that improve consistency, reduce implementation time, and increase the reliability of future integrations.
- Measure partner success: Define performance indicators that extend beyond uptime and service-level agreements, evaluating integration outcomes, partner satisfaction, business impact, and return on investment.
- Report to leadership: Provide clear updates on program status, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed strategic decisions.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows: Use AI tools to draft partner-facing documentation, develop integration specifications, consolidate program updates, and transform established playbooks into repeatable, partially automated workflows.
- Improve program management practices: Contribute to the evolution of program management processes within an AI-first organization, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability across a broad portfolio.

- Process development: Experience creating structured workflows, documentation, project plans, and reusable processes that improve delivery consistency and operational efficiency.
- AI proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or equivalent solutions as part of daily work, including documentation, information synthesis, and workflow automation.
- Adaptability: A proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Preferred industry experience: Background in energy, electric vehicles, Internet of Things (IoT), or another sector involving extensive partner integrations is an asset.
