This is a remote opportunity suited to a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and continuously monitor program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners to ensure effective execution.
  • Facilitate technical and business discussions, document decisions, and create clarity around priorities, actions, and ownership.
  • Establish program governance processes, regular status reporting, executive communications, and operating cadences.
  • Track program performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and other relevant measures.
  • Support software development and release cycles, including production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology providers when required to deliver program objectives.
  • Identify potential delivery, technical, operational, security, and compliance risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Help ensure programs align with business objectives, customer needs, security expectations, and applicable financial-services requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
    • At least 2 years of experience supporting fintech initiatives, particularly in banking, payments, trading, brokerage, or other financial-services environments.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
    • Experience managing complex or large-scale technical initiatives involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and related technologies.
    • Working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance concepts such as KYC, AML, customer risk rating, watchlists, and related controls.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, executives, and other non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
    • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or comparable platforms.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Preferred experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, cryptocurrency, trading, or brokerage platforms.
    • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other major cloud platforms is advantageous.
    • Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices is a plus.
    • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or comparable certification is desirable.
    • Experience working within a high-growth startup or fast-moving fintech organization is beneficial.
