Program Manager
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead customer technical programs and act as the key interface between customers and internal engineering teams. You will manage technical projects, support new product introductions, and ensure successful execution of customer requirements. Candidates with specific semiconductor experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer technical projects from development through production.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Sales.
- Support new product introductions (NPI), qualification activities, and engineering change management.
- Communicate customer technical requirements and packaging roadmaps to internal teams.
- Drive technical issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate customer audits, factory visits, and technical reviews.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor backend manufacturing or advanced packaging.
- Hands-on experience with wafer bumping, WLCSP, eWLB, FOWLP, or similar wafer-level packaging technologies.
- Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, Failure Analysis, reliability testing, and quality tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Willing to travel as required.
