This individual will collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams to keep programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical programs from planning through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and project timelines.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration and resolve issues impacting project success.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with engineering or manufacturing teams preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
