Technical Program Manager
Summary
Oversees end-to-end management of a large ICT/ELV managed-services contract, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, incident escalation, and stakeholder coordination between the service provider and client (MATAR).
Responsible for overall accountability for the contract, including service delivery, SLA and KPI performance, resourcing, commercial performance, governance, major-incident escalation, OEM management, risk management, and transition activities. Acts as the primary interface between the service provider and MATAR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
- Experience leading a large, multi-system 24x7 maintenance or managed-services contract of comparable scale.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, commercial, and service-governance capabilities.
