Summary

Technical Program Manager in Doha to run end-to-end delivery of a large ICT/ELV managed-services contract (airport environment), owning SLA/KPI performance, client governance, manpower mobilization, incident escalations, and OEM/subcontractor management. Requires 12+ years in ICT/ELV service delivery plus PMP/PgMP and ITIL Expert certifications.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of the contract, including SLA and KPI performance.
  • Act as the primary interface with the client and lead contract governance meetings.
  • Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization and certified coverage across all technical disciplines.
  • Handle escalations related to major incidents and SLA breaches.
  • Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a single service delivery framework.
  • Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments.
  • Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimum operational disruption.
  • Review and approve monthly service performance reports.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
  • Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts.
  • Airport or mission-critical operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills.
  • Must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass.
