Regional Lead.
As a Sub-Regional Planning & Scheduling Lead, you will be responsible for leading integrated planning and
scheduling activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects within an assigned region.
This role serves as the primary planning leader for the sub-region, providing portfolio oversight, schedule
governance, risk management, and team leadership to help ensure successful project delivery.
The successful candidate will lead a team of planners while providing strategic oversight of project schedules, risks,
forecasting, and delivery performance. This individual will work closely with project teams, construction partners,
consultants, and senior stakeholders to drive consistency, predictability, and operational excellence across the
portfolio.
This role requires a proven background in construction planning and scheduling, strong leadership capabilities, and
the ability to influence outcomes across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
· As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, and
delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role. In addition to leading
and developing a team of planners, the successful candidate will actively perform planning and scheduling
activities on complex and high-priority projects. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable mentoring others,
engaging senior stakeholders, and developing, analyzing, and managing detailed project schedules.
Planning
· Lead integrated planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction
projects.
· Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules that accurately reflect project scope, execution
strategies, milestones, dependencies, constraints, and critical activities.
· Provide hands-on planning and scheduling support for complex and strategically significant projects within the
portfolio.
· Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, forecasting, schedule health reviews, and trend analysis to
support successful project execution.
· Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and constraints, and work with project teams to develop effective
mitigation and recovery strategies.
· Support contingency planning and schedule risk assessments to improve project predictability and delivery
confidence.
· Evaluate schedule changes and assess potential impacts to project objectives and key milestones.
· Drive consistency and adoption of planning and scheduling best practices across the region.
· Ensure schedules and forecasts accurately reflect project status, risks, and delivery expectations.
· Develop and maintain portfolio-level visibility into schedule performance, key milestones, and delivery
commitments.
· Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress, schedule performance, risks, and forecasted
outcomes.
· Continuously improve planning processes, methodologies, and reporting tools to increase effectiveness and
efficiency.
Project Management
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals supporting projects across the
region.
· Provide technical guidance and coaching on schedule development, forecasting, critical path management, risk
identification, and schedule optimization.
· Review planning deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.
· Facilitate planning sessions, schedule reviews, and project discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and
recovery strategies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in Construction Management, engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in Construction Management, engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling utilizing scheduling software (P6 and MS Project)
- 7+ years of experience in design and construction project management.
- 7+ years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry).
- Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Excellent understanding of Project Planning.
- Demonstrated skills in project planning software’s Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology
- Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Experience in Datacenter design and construction.
- Deep knowledge of Primavera P6 and other schedule health analysis tools
- Strong experience with Risk Schedule Analysis
- Ability to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
