About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale data platform modernization and migration initiatives, with a focus on SAP HANA to Snowflake transformations. The ideal candidate will drive discovery, planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution for large-scale cloud migration programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and assessment phases for SAP HANA to Snowflake migration projects.
• Define migration strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to align project objectives.
• Develop phased migration plans, project schedules, resource allocation models, and execution strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cloud and data warehouse migration initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budget, quality metrics, and overall program health.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, escalations, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12 - 16 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing Cloud Migration and Data Warehouse Modernization programs.
• Exposure to SAP HANA ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.
• Understanding of Snowflake architecture and migration projects.
• Experience in migration roadmap planning and execution.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management capabilities.
• Expertise in risk management, resource planning, and governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Good to Have

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Safe Agile experience.
• Azure or AWS Cloud platform exposure.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Enterprise Analytics programs.
• Experience managing large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
