- Lead end-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives
- Develop and own detailed program and project plans
- Direct and coordinate internal technology teams and third-party vendors
- Own program governance including status reporting and executive communications
- Ensure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards
- Track and report program progress against objectives and KPIs
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using governance processes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
- Translate business and technical needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Analyse existing business processes and systems for optimization opportunities
- Facilitate alignment between business users and technical teams
- Support solution design by validating requirements
- Develop user documentation and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience delivering large-scale technology or infrastructure migration programs
- Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
- Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Salary range of HUF 24,000,000 - 28,000,000
