- Own and drive critical networking reliability programs that support the reliability of Google’s Wide Area Network and Data Center networking across Google Cloud products.
- Lead highly technical strategic planning and execution by curating roadmaps, project timelines, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while proactively managing network dependencies, risk, and mitigation plans.
- Directly manage and mentor a team of EMEA-based Technical Program Managers, leveraging resources to maximize program impact and fostering an exceptional people-first environment alongside an excellent portfolio management.
- Coordinate projects and establish steering groups across Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners, and development teams, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management and clear communication to senior leadership.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams with varied priorities, evaluating technical trade-offs to effectively manage business changes and program impacts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing technical projects within the Infrastructure or Networking domains.
- 8 years of experience in the delivery of infrastructure, software and services related projects.
- 3 years of experience leading a team and managing people.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Familiarity with operational concepts such as availability, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and error budgets.
