Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• You'll sit at the intersection of our clients and our engineering team.
• You'll run API integrations from kickoff to launch: shaping scope, leading technical workshops, turning client requirements into specs engineers can build from, and flagging risks before they turn into delays.
• Clients will trust you as their go-to technical partner, and leadership will rely on you for a clear, honest view of every program.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years as a TPM, project manager, or in a similar role, delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience working directly with clients, ideally banks or NBFCs.
• Fluency in RESTful APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI, plus the ability to explain an integration flow to a CTO and a credit ops head alike.
• A working rhythm built on Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• A CS/Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
